Accurate has recently implemented a new incentive program for its agents similar to that of the past with some new and exciting prizes. The AIP (Accurate Incentive Program) is intended to produce higher levels of productivity as well as employee moral. The agents are rewarded a certain number of tokens for a variety of criteria throughout this program ranging from random drawings to receiving no errors for the month. Agents are qualified to earn up to 20 tokens for each criteria and can in turn exchange them for a vast variety of rewards including but not limited to;
